Equity members, their spouses/spousal equivalents, and dependent children under 23 years old, are entitled to all privileges of the Clubhouse, tennis courts, fitness center, swimming pool and the use of the golf course. Golf activities are coordinated through the Golf Pro Shop. Tennis and Pickle Ball are subject to reservation and guest policies for court use (as set by the Board of Directors). Full Equity members receive priority reservations for events.

This is a full golf, certificated membership. Member shall pay dues at current rates and food and beverage minimum at current rates.

Certificate of Membership: Equity members have ownership in the Club and are accountable for paying assessments and other fees that are approved by the Board of Directors.

Membership Conversion: If an Equity Member wants a temporary change to a different class of membership for health or other reasons, then the period for the change will be a minimum of 9 months. The fee for Equity Members is $1,000.00.

Transfer of membership: In the event Member elects to terminate his/her membership, Member hereby agrees to the transfer policy in place at the time of resigning. Currently, Equity member’s transfer the membership directly back to Victoria Club and in such event, the exit fee* paid by the member to the Victoria Club shall be $1,000.00 and Member hereby consents to allow Victoria Club to charge said exit fee* to the credit card Member has on file with the Victoria Club.
