Liam Hartling will represent First Tee — Inland Empire when he competes in the 2022 PURE Insurance Championship Impacting First Tee. The event will bring teens from First Tee chapters to Pebble Beach Golf Links and Spyglass Hill Golf Course to play in the PGA TOUR Champions tournament, Sept. 23-25.
Liam is one of the 78 participants of First Tee (out of 144 applicants nationwide) that have been invited to Pebble Beach. Applications were carefully evaluated based on both personal growth through the program and golf experience, including essays, activities, handicap, golf accomplishments, length of time with First Tee, chapter participation survey, and letters of recommendation.
Each First Tee participant will be paired with a PGA TOUR Champions player for duration of the 3 day tournament. They will compete in a pro/junior team best ball format.
