This membership is for previous Equity members who have moved out of the immediate Riverside area. The member must have been in the Equity category for a period of greater than 10 years and relocated to an area beyond 50 miles from the Club. The previous Equity Non-Resident member will retain all privileges of the Equity membership such as them, spouses/spousal equivalents, and dependent children under the age of 23 years old are entitled to all privileges of the Clubhouse, tennis courts, fitness center, swimming pool, and the use of the golf course, but will no longer have voting privilege nor be subject to assessments. All locker, storage, and other usage fees will apply. Dining room charges will apply, but there are no monthly minimums. Green fees for the day will be charged for each round of golf, based on current set rates.
